Blue badge
Contravention code 40 shall be used for all vehicles seen to be parked in a disabled persons’ parking place without clearly displaying a valid disabled person’s parking badge. No observation period will be applied.
Disabled persons’ parking bays are generally active 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no maximum stay period. However, a small number of these bays are active only during certain times and have a maximum stay period during specified times. Where this is the case, the information is clearly provided on the adjacent sign.
