Notification of a ratepayer's death

You can use an online form to tell Land & Property Services LPS) about the death of a ratepayer.

Before you start

The online form can be used by your solicitor or any person representing the ratepayer. You will need to know all the details for the property or have a copy of a recent rates bill to help you answer the questions on the form.

If you need help to fill in the form you should contact LPS on 0300 200 7801.
