Mount Stewart Forest
This forest has mixed coniferous and broadleaved woodland, and is on the shores of Strangford Lough.
The trails, car park and recreational facilities are managed by The National Trust. More information is on the National Trust website:

How to get there
To reach this forest from Newtownards, take the A20 for two and a half miles to the National Trust entrance.
