    Before you start

    To send a question you’ll need:

    • a valid email address

    Depending on your question, you might need to give your:

    • vehicle registration
    • booking reference
    • driver number
    • operator number
    • unique identification number

    Once your question has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number. 

    The DVA aim to answer questions as soon as possible.
