When you start an apprenticeship, your employer will help you arrange 'off the job' training. Find out who delivers apprenticeship training in your area.

Before you start

The information on this page is for new entrants to the apprenticeship programme only.

If you have been enrolled on the ApprenticeshipsNI programme in the past (for example, ApprenticeshipsNI 2017) but did not complete your respective apprenticeship, you may be able to rejoin the programme in that same occupational area in order to complete it.

In the first instance, you or your employer must speak to the Further Education College/Training Contractor you were originally enrolled with or wish to change to and arrange your ‘off-the-job’ training.
