Careers guidance application for Year 12 pupils
In Year 12 you’ll be offered a careers guidance interview, with a careers adviser from the Department for Economy’s Careers Service, to help you consider your career options and plan your next steps. Before your interview you’ll be asked to complete a careers guidance application form.
Before you start
This application helps you to think about yourself and the things that are important when planning your future career.
Your careers adviser will use this information in the careers guidance interview to help you make informed, suitable and achievable career decisions and plan your next steps.
Before completing the form, you may wish to discuss your career plans with your parents/ guardians or your careers teacher in school.
You’ll need your C2k email address. If you don’t know your C2k email address, contact your teacher.

Remember that this is a snapshot of where you are now. You may have changed your mind or have new information to add by the time you meet with your careers adviser.
Once you have completed your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will be sent to your C2k email address. Your careers adviser will then contact you to arrange a date for your interview.
