If you are aged over 16 and working, you may still be entitled to some benefits:
16 to State Pension age and out of work
Those aged over 16 and who are out of work can be entitled to a range of benefits:
16 to state pension age with a long-term health condition or disability
If you’re 16 to state pension age with a long-term health condition or disability that’s expected to last for 12 months or more, you may be eligible for Personal Independence Payment.
