Ukraine assistance centre
If you have arrived in Northern Ireland from Ukraine, under either the Family Scheme or Homes for Ukraine Scheme, you should go to the assistance centre in Belfast.
Help available
The Ukraine assistance centre offers advice on key services, including:
- health assessments
- education
- jobs
- benefits
- housing
- immigration
Representatives from various organisations will be available in the centre to help you with enquiries and applications for support.
Where possible, interpretation services will also be on hand for those with limited English.
It is recommended you allow a number of hours for your visit to the centre to make sure you have enough time to access all services and advice on offer. You should consider this when parking.
What you need to bring
If you are going to the assistance centre, you will need to bring ID and proof of the scheme under which you are registered.

The centre is open on the following days in August and September 2023 from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm.
