You can use free translation tools to translate web pages into languages other than English. The free translation tools cannot be used for online government services through nidirect’s ‘green button’ facility or the nidirect feedback service.

Translate using Google Translate

You can translate nidirect to a different language by using the Google Translate web service. To choose a language, use the blue ‘Translate this page’ button that appears on the bottom right of each page.

Translate using Google Chrome

You can translate web pages to a different language by using the Google Chrome web browser.

Translate using Microsoft Translate

You can translate web pages to a different language by using Microsoft Translate. Microsoft Translate is available as a downloadable app for your phone or as an add-in for Microsoft software such as the Edge web browser, Outlook and PowerPoint.
