Housing advice - representation in court

If you are facing repossession, it can be upsetting going to court for the hearing. You might be able to arrange free legal representation before and at the respossession hearing.

Housing Rights Court Duty Scheme

Housing Rights provide a court duty scheme to help homeowners and tenants on the day of their repossession hearings.

Two specialist advisers go to all High Court and county court repossession hearings. They  can offer emergency advice to people facing repossession.  The advisers may also accompany people to their hearing.
