View your medical records online using My Care
My Care patient portal allows you to access specific parts of your medical records, such as medications, appointments and some test results online.
To access My Care you will need to have a nidirect account.
If you already have a nidirect account you can use your current account information.
If you do not have a nidirect account, you can create one as part of the My Care sign up process.
You can also access My Care by downloading the MyChart app:
In the MyChart app, find and choose the HSC logo from the drop-down menu.
You will then be asked to sign in to nidirect.
