Apply to replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge online
This online service is only for individual applicants living in Northern Ireland. Support organisations must apply to replace a lost, stolen or damaged badge by post.
Before you start
Apply for/renew Blue Badge online is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
You will need to provide your name, address, town of birth, National Insurance number and a contact number.
You will need to upload a recent colour passport-type photograph (head and shoulders) of the applicant - maximum file size 5MB
Lost or stolen badges
You must report your lost or stolen badge to the PSNI and ask for an incident number. You will need this number during the online application.
Damaged or faded badges
You must return your current badge to the Blue Badge Unit before a replacement can be sent to you.
A replacement Blue Badge costs £10. You can pay using one of the following cards:
- Visa credit card
- Visa debit card
- Visa electron card
- Mastercard credit card
- Mastercard debit card
- Maestro/solo card

You have to complete your application in one session. There is no time limit but applications will ‘time out’ after 15 minutes of inactivity.
