Apply for or renew a Blue Badge online
This online service is for individual applicants and support organisations in Northern Ireland.
Before you start
Due to essential maintenance this online service may be unavailable from noon to 6.00 pm on Sunday 20 June 2021. Apologies for any inconvenience.
The Blue Badge Unit have had to change their working practices to deal with the COVID-19 crisis. This means that they recommend that where possible applicants should apply online. You can still use the hard copy application if you choose but there may be some delays with postal applications that are beyond their control. The COVID-19 restrictions have no effect on the online application process.
You should be told of the outcome of online applications within four to six weeks from the date of receipt and for postal applications within six to eight weeks from the date of receipt. However, if more information to support your application is needed it may take longer to tell you of the outcome.
