AccessNI certificate dispute form
If you think that the information on your AccessNI certificate shouldn't be there or is incorrect, you can raise a dispute using this online form. You can do this yourself or ask someone to do it on your behalf.
Before you start
To raise a dispute you must have the following information:
- date certificate was issued
- type of certificate – basic, standard or enhanced
- certificate number
- details of your dispute
You must raise a dispute within 90 days of the certificate being issued.
