De-register from the Landlord Registration Scheme
If you are no longer a landlord and want to de-register from the Landlord Registration Scheme, there are a number of ways to do this.
De-registering
You can de-register from the Scheme either online or by email.
Online
If you want to de-register online you need to log in to your online account by using your email address and password through the Landlord Registration Scheme.
At the bottom of your home screen, under Account Controls, click on the Deactivate Account button.
After this action you will be sent an automatic email to confirm you have left the Scheme.
If you have problems logging into your account, you can contact the Landlord Registration team.
You will need to provide your name, registration number, date of birth and details of your rental properties, so your account can be verified before it is deactivated.
If these details are not included, the Landlord Registration Team may need to contact you to confirm your details before this action can be completed.
