This is a document summarising some of the most interesting and significant content within the Tighe archive (D2685) held in PRONI.


The Tighe Papers in PRONI comprise around 450 documents and volumes, 1721-1903 and are part of the surviving archive (the rest is the National Library of Ireland) of the Tighe family of Woodstock, Inistiogue, Co. Kilkenny, and of Rossana, Ashford, Co. Wicklow.
