Use this service to get proof of:

You can get proof:
- digitally - by downloading the file securely to your device
- by post - this can take up to one week to arrive
To get proof of Universal Credit sign in to your online account and save a copy of your statement.
Signing in and proving your identity
You need a GOV.UK One Login to use this service. You can create one if you don't already have one. You’ll be told when you sign in if you need to prove your identity. This normally involves using photo ID like a passport or driving licence.
Who cannot use this service
You will need to phone the office that pays your benefit if you:
- need a letter to prove you’re getting a different benefit
- are an appointee or manage someone else’s benefit
- have recently changed address and not updated the address on your benefit record
- live outside Northern Ireland
