Volume 15B - 1860-1863
This volume is difficult to read, details are brief, and it appears to be the original notes, including amendments and corrections, taken during the meetings. The paper is blue in colour. The final copy for this period appears to be the previous volume (Volume 15). Discussions in the Chamber at this time included issues such gifts to the Corporation from Alderman Bagley of the City of New York, and the granting of the Freedom of the City to Sir Leopold McClintock in February 1861.
