If you are not satisfied with the service provided by the NSPCC Young Witness Service, tell someone at the Witness Service office. You should raise any issues as soon as possible. If you aren't happy with the decision, you can ask for this to be reviewed. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of this, you may wish to contact the Victims and Witnesses Branch.
