DfI Planning

The Department for Infrastructure’s (DfI) planning functions mainly operate from James House in Belfast. There is another office at Crescent Road, in Londonderry.

It is always advisable to make an appointment before visiting the office. This will help make sure that you are seen quickly. Remember an appointment must always be made should you wish to see a planning application file.
