Translink Accessibility Guide
Translink has a guide setting out its services for people with disabilities, older people and others who may have problems using public transport. It includes information and advice about its services and help to plan your journey.
The Consumer Council for Northern Ireland protects and promotes the interests of all passengers travelling to, from or within Northern Ireland.
It helps individual passengers with their transport complaints and also works with transport providers to help prevent complaints arising in the first place.
