To apply for a digital tachograph workshop card, download and complete the D778(NI) form.

Details

You can only apply for a workshop card if you are a trained tachograph technician.

If you do not have access to a printer, you can request a form by sending your telephone number and postal address to dva.tachographcentres@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk.
