Make the Call Service
Due to COVID-19 the Department for Communities is experiencing a very high volume of Benefit calls. It may take longer to answer your call.
Contact details for Make the Call Service, the service makes sure you're getting all the benefits, services and supports you're entitled to.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (excluding public holidays)
If you use sign language
You can use British Sign Language (BSL) or Irish Sign Language (ISL) to contact Make the Call Service:

- contact Make the Call service via the video relay service
This service is for Northern Ireland residents only.
Make the call and a Benefit Advisor will provide a full assessment of your entitlements.
