Food Standards Agency
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) in Northern Ireland is an independent government food safety watchdog working to protect public health and consumers’ wider interests about food.
It is dedicated to making sure food is safe; what it says it is; healthier and more sustainable.
The FSA also looks after consumer interests in food, including price and availability, food production, environmental concerns, animal welfare and some aspects of food production.
