Education Authority - Special Educational Needs helpline

If you're a parent having problems contacting your local Special Educational Needs (SEN) officer, the Education Authority SEN helpline can help you with SEN issues.

The helpline is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

When you call the SEN Helpdesk you will be given several options:

Choose option 1: To select a local area office for specific SEN queries about a particular child.

Choose option 2: For all general SEN queries.

Choose option 3: For information about how to make a request for consideration of Statutory Assessment.
