Compensation Recovery Unit Northern Ireland

The Compensation Recovery Unit Northern Ireland recovers social security benefits and health service charges from compensators and insurers, paid because of an accident, injury or disease in cases where compensation is received. The Compensation Recovery Scheme does not recover in cases of criminal damage or injury cases.

If you use sign language

You can use British Sign Language (BSL) or Irish Sign Language (ISL) to contact the Compensation Recovery Unit(NI):
