Find out how to search the different registers and what search fees apply.

Search process

There is a separate search process and fee structure for each of the three registries below:

• Land Registry
• Registry of Deeds
• Statutory Charges Register

For more information you should phone Land & Property Services (LPS) or visit one of the Customer Information Centres listed below:

• Phone: 0300 200 7803 - (charged at local rate)
• 0044 28 9051 4635 - if calling from outside Northern Ireland

Opening hours are 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 10.00 am to 4.30 pm Friday.

These are the easiest places to start most of your searches if you do not know the Folio number or Memorial number of the piece of land on which you are seeking information.
