Application for a Public Service Vehicle licence (PV3)

Download, complete and return the form(s) with the appropriate fee to the test centre where you want the test to be carried out.The supplementary PV3 form must be completed and submitted with all applications for taxi PSV testing.

Details

You should apply for the renewal of a Public Service Vehicle licence at least six weeks before you need it.

When a vehicle has failed a full test there is a reduced fee for a re-test if the centre receives the application within 21 days of the full test.
