Making a complaint about bus or coach services

Do you have a complaint about bus and coach services, bus stations, bus stops or bus shelters? Find out who you should contact and how to make your complaint.

How to complain about bus/coach services

If you have a complaint about a bus or coach service you should write to the operator (Translink) first, giving as much detail as you can about the journey concerned, and enclosing your ticket if possible. If the bus or coach service is not managed by Translink, your first complaint should be made in writing to the specific operator of the service in question.

If you are not satisfied with the Translink's response, you can contact the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland.
