By law, each party to a proposed civil partnership registration is required to complete a civil partnership notice form. Other documents such as those to prove age, nationality and identity are also needed.
Completed notice forms, relevant documents, declarations and fees must go to the Registrar of Marriages in the district where the civil partnership registration is to take place
Civil partnership registration may not be possible if the parties are related.
