Learning to Let programme

Learning to Let is a training programme for registered private landlords and letting agents.

What the course programme covers

The Learning to Let course can develop your knowledge about:

  • a landlord's legal obligations
  • a tenant's responsibilities 

When you complete the course, you'll get the accredited Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 Award in Letting and Managing Residential Property.
