Upper Springfield Development Trust (European Social Fund project)
The Community Family Support Programme (CFSP) Family First Belfast, delivered by the Upper Springfield Development Trust, is an employability programme focussing on the family unit aimed at families with a person aged 16 or over who is not in employment, education or training.
The project works with families to make positive changes to improve their lives. Families are supported by dedicated family support workers to create meaningful changes to their lives. Needs-based interventions and programmes are offered to families who are ready to make positive changes. One-to-one mentoring and training courses matched to families needs are also made available to these families.
