The project aims to:

• help people over 18 too old to engage in the Skills for Life and Work Provision
• without the skills and qualifications to be considered ‘work ready'
• without enough confidence or motivation to engage with provision outside of their local area
• left unemployed due to the current pandemic
• leaving school after year 13 who wish to progress into apprenticeship or employment
