Women Towards Education & Employment (European Social Fund project)

Women Towards Education & Employment is a project organised by First Steps Women's Centre as part of the European Social Fund. It is aimed at women aged 16 or over who are unemployed or economically inactive and who may also fall into one or more of the following categories:

  • lone parent
  • migrant
  • from a minority group
  • have a disability or other health condition
  • have some other disadvantage (for example, ex-offenders, drug/alcohol issue)
  • carers

The project provides for women's professional and personal development through a variety of education and training courses to meet individual needs.

Women Towards Education & Employment is available in Dungannon and surrounding areas.
