STRIDE (European Social Fund project)

STRIDE (Support & Training to Realise Individual Development & Employment) is a project organised by Ulster Supported Employment Limited (USEL) as part of the European Social Fund. It is aimed at unemployed or economically inactive people living with a disability or health condition.

STRIDE helps participants get the qualifications, skills and experience that employers want. It aims to help them get into employment, further education/training or voluntary work through support, training, work experience and subsidised paid work opportunities.

STRIDE is available throughout Northern Ireland.
