Step Up to Sustainable Employment+ (European Social Fund project)

Step Up to Sustainable Employment+ (SUSE+) is a project organised by South West College as part of the European Social Fund. It is aimed at people aged 16 to 65 who are unemployed or economically inactive.

SUSE+ is a mentor-led initiative that seeks to address barriers to progression into education, training and sustained employment through one-to-one mentoring support, guidance, specialist training and obtaining Level 1 qualifications in a range of vocational areas and a variety of short accredited qualifications. Participants will have access to specialist support services, work placement and Step Into Employment programmes. There will be a post-programme mentoring for 12 months aftercare package

SUSE+ is available in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and Mid Ulster District Council areas .
