Step Into Employment (European Social Fund project)
The Step Into Employment project is organised by Bryson FutureSkills as part of the European Social Fund. It is aimed at people aged 25 to 59 years old who are unemployed or economically inactive.
The project provides access to employment for jobseekers, economically inactive people and those furthest from the labour market. It will support participants to combat inactivity, whatever the underlying cause, improve employability and work readiness and reduce barriers to work. Participants are offered a range of economic activities designed to improve their job prospects. This can include CV building, help with job search, employability development, mentoring and enhanced support.
The project is available in Greater Belfast and Newtownabbey.
