Reaching Further (European Social Fund project)

Reaching Further is a project organised by The Prince's Trust as part of the European Social Fund. It is aimed at 18 to 30 year olds who are unemployed or economically inactive, including:

  • those with a disability
  • those with mental health needs
  • lone parents
  • women
  • educational underachievers
  • ex-offenders
  • those leaving care
  • refugees
  • marginalised groups
  • those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness

The programme supports young people to develop their personal, social and employability skills towards employment. The project provides locally-accessible, tangible opportunities and connections to support participants employability and employment outcomes.

Reaching Further is available across Northern Ireland.
