ASPIRE (European Social Fund Project)

ASPIRE (Access to Success, Progression, Inclusion, Recognition, Employment) is a project organised by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council as part of the European Social Fund. It is aimed  at anyone aged 16 and upwards who is unemployed or economically inactive.

The Project is District Council led, working in partnership with the Western Health and Social Care Trust, Education Authority (Western Region) and delivery partner Fermanagh Rural Community Initiative. It will support participants with the aim of achieving paid, sustained employment. ASPIRE is tailored to individual need and activities include work experience, qualifications, skills training, health and wellbeing initiatives, CV and job search. Training opportunities are provided to upskill individuals focussed on achieving employment/further or higher education and training.

ASPIRE is available within the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area.
