A recruitment event for Mencap is being held in Lisnagelvin Jobs and Benefits office on 6 February from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm
On the day you can:

- find out about what each role involves
- have an interview with the employer
Jobs available and experience needed
Relief support worker
You should be strongly motivated, outgoing, caring and have a calm demeanour when needed.
You must have experience working in the care sector with people with autism and/or who have behaviours that challenge.
You will be supported by specialist bespoke training in advance to fully meet the needs of the individual.
Support worker
You must have experience working in the care sector with people with autism and/or who have behaviours that challenge.
You should have a 'can-do' attitude, be strongly motivated, outgoing, caring and have a calm demeanour when needed.
As a support worker, flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as you may be required to work a variety of different shifts throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, sleep-ins and waking nights.

There is no need to register for this event, simply drop in on the day and you can bring along your CV to help the employer with their recruitment process.
