The Financial Services Academy is a four-week intensive training course, which due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, will be delivered through an online virtual classroom.
If you're selected for the academy, you'll receive practical, real world training in the following areas:
- Knowing Your Customer (KYC)
- Investment Operating Certificate
If you successfully complete the course, you'll be guaranteed a job interview with FinTrU.
Who can apply
No previous experience is needed but you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- be eligible to work in the UK
- have at least a 2:2 in any degree discipline

Apply at Financial Services Academy by Friday 18 December.
As part of the application process you'll need to complete an online application.
Interview and training dates
Initial Interviews will be held by telephone on 11 to 15 January 2021 and if successful a further video interview be held 18 to 22 January 2021.
Training runs from 1 February – 26 February 2021.
