Making a complaint about Social Security Agency services

If you are unhappy with any of the services you get from the Social Security Agency you can complain.

If you think a decision about your benefit is wrong

If you think a decision about your benefit claim is wrong, you can ask the office who made the decision to explain it. You can also ask to have the decision reconsidered and, if you're still unhappy, you can, in most cases, appeal against the decision.

The Department for Social Development (DSD) website has guidance on how to complain about any of the services you may receive from the Social Security Agency.
