Housing allocation - rehousing decision appeals

If you have been found to be ineligible for an allocation of a Housing Executive property due to 'unacceptable behaviour' and you think that the decision is wrong, you have the opportunity to make a formal complaint.

Making a complaint

There are two stages to the complaints procedure. Most are initially made in writing to your area manager. If you are still not happy with the area manager's decision you have a further opportunity to make a second stage complaint to the Chief Executive.
