Housing advice - representation in court

If you are facing repossession, going to court can be upsetting. Find out about what help is available to provide you with legal representation.

Housing Rights Support Service

Advice facilities are available at the Royal Courts of Justice and Laganside Courts in Belfast. A specialist adviser from Housing Rights Service is available at the Royal Courts of Justice on Tuesday and Thursday and Laganside Court every other Wednesday. The adviser may be able to provide free, independent advice for people involved in possession proceedings who do not have legal representation.
