How do I pay my penalty?

Driver & Vehicle Agency offer Mitigated Penalties as a result of unlicensed detections and in response to our current Continuous Registration policy.

If you receive an offer of a mitigated penalty you may pay the penalty at any of the Agencies Local Offices or send payment by post to central office (address below) quoting the reference and vehicle registration mark. You may also make full payment by using a debit card, Delta, Switch or Visa Debit, if you phone 028 7035 9948.
