A mixed coniferous and broadleaf woodland located near the village of Loughgall.
The provision of day visitor facilities in Loughgall Forest, including pedestrian access to the woodland walking trails and exercise stations around the lake, is managed by Armagh City and District Council at Loughgall Country Park.
To arrange a special event or activity in this forest, you should contact the recreation manager, Forest Service NI based at Gosford Forest Park.
Such activities may include car rallies, sporting events or educational visits.
Occasionally there may be restricted access to parts of the forest during work or other forest operations. Please adhere to safety signage which will be posted for your safety.
How to get there
Travelling west on the M1 motorway to Junction 13, the village of Loughgall is reached via the B131 and B77 roads. The entrance into Loughgall Country Park is just off the main street through the village.
