Angling at Lough Lee
Lough Lee is located in a wild and beautiful setting among the mountains of west Tyrone. In spite of its isolation, the walk from the nearest country road, less than 1.6 km, takes 25 to 30 minutes by the path set out for anglers.

Wild Fishery
Trout up to 0.5 kg are abundant, with some larger trout up to 1 kg also taken from time to time. The water is clear and the distinctly and beautifully marked wild trout bear little discolouration from the surrounding upland peat.
This is a limestone lake with good stocks of native trout.

From the B50 (Omagh to Castlederg via Drumquin)
Turn west at the signpost 8 km north of Drumquin, 4.8 km south of Castlederg and continue for 2.8 km to the sign at Clare Lodge. Turn south for 2.4 km to the limit of the surfaced country road. Follow the marker posts across the moor to the Lough.
From the B72 (Ederny to Castlederg)
Travel east as signposted to Clare Lodge, turn south to the end of the country road after 6.4 km.
