Find out about local and national support groups that can provide you with help and advice.

National support services

If you have disabilities or act as a carer you can find more information about national support groups by visiting the 'People with disabilities' and 'Caring for someone' sections.

There is also extensive information about support for the over 50s, including advice on health, pensions and help in the home.

Local services

Your local council will have information about local community groups, so you may be able to find out more on its website.
