Want a day out that is both educational and fun? Why not try visiting a museum or gallery? From local history to modern art and dinosaurs to space rockets, there's something for everybody.
What's on
As well as featured exhibitions, museums and galleries sometimes hold special workshops, activities and events. These are often aimed at children and are usually within the school holidays.
The National Museums and Galleries of Northern Ireland include:
