Report a pothole

Roads Service is the body responsible for the repair of potholes on the roads of Northern Ireland.  You can report a pothole to Roads Service by writing to the appropriate contact address or by telephone, e-mail, or by using the link below.

In order for Roads Service to correctly locate the pothole, it would be helpful if you could let them know the:

  • nearest town
  • road or street name
  • any obvious landmark close to the pothole
